一（yī）体（tǐ）化净水装置和（hé）城（chéng）市供水（shuǐ）厂的净化流（liú）程一样（yàng）。它（tā）有：混凝池、沉淀池、过滤池、水质稳定装置、反冲洗（xǐ）装置、水泵及电（diàn）气控（kòng）制柜。现分（fèn）别（bié）介绍如下：

       1、混凝池：投加混（hún）凝剂的（de）原水由进水管进入（rù）混凝池内，用特制的搅拌机搅动，使水（shuǐ）中的悬浮物和混（hún）凝剂充分接触反应形成（chéng）矾花。

       2、沉（chén）淀室：水经加混凝剂混凝后形成矾花，流到设备的沉淀池（chí）内进行（háng）沉淀，沉淀池采用斜管（guǎn）沉淀法（fǎ），经过梯（tī）形（xíng）斜板沉淀室沉淀（diàn）完成固液（yè）分离，沉淀下来（lái）的污泥排入泥斗。

       3、过滤（lǜ）池：经沉淀后的水流到过（guò）滤（lǜ）池过（guò）滤（lǜ），滤池结构（gòu）：底部为（wéi）布（bù）水管（guǎn），中部（bù）为石英（yīng）砂，上部为无烟煤。过滤速度为10m/h，最后清水流到清水池内（nèi）消毒处理后饮用。过滤池反（fǎn）冲（chōng）周期（qī）为（wéi）12小时（shí）左右（yòu），反冲时间为（wéi）5-10分钟。

一体化净水器（qì）适用（yòng）于江（jiāng）、河、湖（hú）、水库等以地表（biǎo）水为水源的给（gěi）水（shuǐ）工（gōng）程（chéng）的水质净水，中（zhōng）水回用、及煤（méi）矿尾矿（kuàng）水、洗（xǐ）煤水、浴池、游泳（yǒng）池（chí）、洗车场、造纸、印染、电（diàn）镀和其（qí）它工（gōng）业废（fèi）水的（de）水质净化。
